Will it go flat over time?+

No. The high-loft fill is made of fine resilient fibres engineered to spring back and resist compression. The support you feel on night one is the support you feel on night ninety.

How big is it? Will it take over the bed?+

It's sized to support you from shoulder to knee — long enough to do the job, short enough that it doesn't swallow your side of the mattress the way a full U-shaped pillow does. It's also light and easy to reposition one-handed in the night.

What's inside it?+

A high-loft fibre fill — thousands of fine, springy fibres that hold their shape under pressure. Soft and huggable on the outside, firm and supportive underneath. No memory foam.

Will it smell when it arrives?+

No. Because it's fibre fill rather than memory foam, there's no chemical off-gassing and no factory smell. Take it out, give it a shake to fluff it up, and sleep on it the same night.

Can I use it during pregnancy?+

It's a favourite with pregnant and postpartum sleepers — the curve supports the bump, hips and knees in the side-sleeping position without taking the whole bed. As with anything during pregnancy, check with your midwife or doctor about what's right for you.

How do I wash it?+

The cover unzips and goes in the machine on a cool gentle cycle, then air dry. The pillow itself doesn't need washing — just give it a shake every few weeks to keep the fill even.

I'm a back sleeper — is it still useful?+

Plenty of customers use it on their back with the lower curve under the knees, which takes the arch out of the lower back. It's designed for side sleeping, but it's more versatile than it looks.
