1. Overview
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Pilloway is operated by ClickCraft Ventures. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Product Description
The Pilloway body pillow is a contoured side-sleeping support pillow with a high-loft resilient fibre fill and a removable, machine-washable cool-touch cover. It is shaped to support the shoulders, hips and knees simultaneously while side sleeping, and can also be used under the knees while back sleeping.

3. Important Product Limitations
Pilloway is a comfort and sleep-support product. It is not a medical device, an orthopaedic appliance, or a therapeutic device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including back pain, sciatica, joint conditions or sleep disorders, and it does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Consult your doctor, midwife or physiotherapist before use if you are pregnant, have persistent pain, a diagnosed spinal or joint condition, or are recovering from an injury or surgery. Discontinue use if sleeping with the pillow increases your discomfort.

4. Suitability and Fit
Comfort and perceived support vary by body type, height and sleeping position. The pillow is designed to support from shoulder to knee for most adults; shorter sleepers may use it differently. It is not a children's product and should not be used in cots or with infants.

5. Pricing and Promotions
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers at any time. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout where eligible and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting support@clickcraftventures.net. Once shipped, our 30-night sleep trial applies.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net before initiating any chargeback or dispute. ClickCraft Ventures reserves the right to contest chargebacks filed without prior communication.

9. Care Instructions
Unzip the cover and machine wash cool on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the pillow itself. Shake it periodically to keep the fill evenly distributed.

All content on this website belongs to Pilloway / ClickCraft Ventures and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of your order. ClickCraft Ventures accepts no liability for any injury, aggravation of an existing condition, or indirect damages arising from use or misuse of the product.

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of purchase.
