30-Night Sleep Trial
Every Pilloway order comes with a 30-night sleep trial, beginning on the date your order is delivered. Sleep on it for a full 30 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

We recommend giving it at least a week — the shape takes a few nights to get used to, and most customers say the difference becomes clear around night four or five.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly tell us how you've been sleeping on it — we may be able to suggest a positioning change first.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

Return Eligibility
For hygiene reasons, the pillow must be in clean, usable condition with the cover fitted, free from stains, damage or odours. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged or soiled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, the cover is torn, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks
We are a real, responsive team committed to resolving every issue quickly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net. We respond within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence including our refund policy, order confirmation and delivery records.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 nights after the confirmed delivery date.
- Items showing damage caused by misuse, pets, or machine washing of the pillow itself.
